Using the tools

Genuine documents only

Do not use the tools to create false, misleading or fraudulent documents, or to misrepresent a transaction that did not happen.

No professional advice

The tools, guides and country pages provide general information. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice. Tax rates and invoicing rules vary by country and change over time. Confirm the requirements that apply to you with your tax authority or a qualified professional. The tools do not produce e-invoices that are certified or registered with a tax authority.

Accuracy and availability

We work to make calculations correct, but the tools are provided "as is" without warranties. Check every document before you send it. We may change or remove features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the tools, including errors in documents you create.
