The short version

The documents you create are built in your browser and are not sent to us. We have no accounts and we do not ask for your name or email to use a tool.

What stays in your browser

To save you retyping, the site stores the following in your browser's local storage on your own device: your business details, tax number, logo and design choices, saved clients, the last documents you downloaded, and an unfinished draft of each document type. We never receive this data. You can remove it at any time with the "Delete everything saved in this browser" button under any tool, or by clearing your browser's site data.

What we collect

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (such as IP address and request details) to deliver pages and protect the site. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. If you accept in the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used (pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device type and approximate location). Clarity can record sessions; what you type in the document tools, the tracker and the calculators is masked so it is not recorded. If you decline, neither is loaded and no cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer, and a "Global Privacy Control" signal from your browser is treated as a refusal.

Advertising and affiliate links

The site is currently free of advertising. If we add advertising, the ad provider may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads. Before we do, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent. Affiliate links are always labelled.

Fonts and third parties

Fonts used for PDFs are served from this site itself. The document tools do not send what you type to any third party. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and any advertising script are loaded from their providers only after you accept in the cookie banner.

Your rights

Because we do not hold your documents or personal profile, there is usually nothing for us to access or delete. If you believe we hold data about you, contact us at hello@invoicelywise.com and we will respond.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page.
